Sports Nutrition is one of the most important areas of performance, when the body is not fuelled correctly performance suffers. Athlete’s performance can be affected due to under-fueling, dehydration, poor recovery nutrition, micronutrient deficiencies, or improper macronutrient distribution. Based on your goals, I will assess and analyze dietary practices, body composition, and energy balance of athletes in the context of athletic performance and health. I also collaborate with your family if applicable, physician, coach, and other health professionals, as appropriate. Getting the right nutrition is one of the key ingredients to optimal athletic performance!
