I personally plan and design workout routines for any individual seeking either one on one training with myself and your goals in mind, or work together with your plan via online. Developing the routines together allows me to make sure you are being active the way you enjoy. Workouts are available in PDF format and are sent to you with all recommendations and guidelines.
